I’m Anna Mouchref, a Syrian-Lebanese-American artist, strategist, coach, and poet devoted to the human spirit and the power of dreaming life alive. My path has never been linear. I’ve spent the last decade shapeshifting between countries, identities, and careers, walking through divorce, burnout, reinvention, and spiritual awakening. Each chapter brought me to the truth of my own path: I am here to create, to guide, and to remind people that they are allowed to live the lives they secretly long for.

With an MBA in Strategy and a background working with organizations spanning from the United Nations, global foundations, the World Economic Forum and more, I once lived in the corporate worlds of high-impact leadership and systems change. Over the years, something deeper was calling, and it grew deeper. That call led me through the arts, the body, the soul, and back to myself. Through my company U4 Social, I offer design strategy, leadership coaching, and Dreamweaving—a method I created to help people bridge the invisible world of the active imagination with the practical steps of creation. My work integrates human-centered design, poetry, somatics, and soul.

I am the author of The Shooting Starfish, the founder of Cosmic Brews, and the creator of several immersive experiences, like my poetry experience, Read Writing Hood, or my short poetic films, which illustrate the beauty and transformation of everyday life. Whether I’m hosting a poetic gathering, leading a personal development retreat, or writing at my typewriter in Lisbon, my work lives at the soul intersection of art, emotion, and transformation. I believe business can be soulful, creativity can be strategy, and leadership can be a path of love.

I’ve had the honor of working with global leaders, conscious entrepreneurs, visionaries, misfits, and artists from around the world. But more than anything, I care deeply for the quiet miracle of helping just one person remember and more deeply embody who they are. Everything I do is designed to bring people home to themselves, and from there, to dream forward the life they know is possible.
